Stretching Sessions

Introducing our brand new and free Stretching Sessions every Wednesday. These sessions are only for women and will be between 11 AM to 12 PM. The sessions will be led by a professional instructor from Age UK Hounslow.

The first session will be on June 7th, all women invited. The sessions will be held at our centre (102 Hounslow Road, TW14 0AX, Feltham).
